Lemon Law Won! Nissan GT-R 2010 Acceleration and Transmission Problems

I get a full refund plus any interest paid.

BBB took care of the arbitration and made the process extremely painless. Nissan not so much, but I dont want to go to into detail without legal advice. Im not sure if Im allowed to share the audio, but I would love for you guys to hear what transpired.
Ill also check to see if I can publish the arbitrators findings.

If you watch this video @1:35 I came up to a four way stop and started to go but the throttle was dead so I continued to give it throttle until I reached 100% as you can see on the gauge in the center of the dash (top left). The GTR shifts into 1st and revs up to 1500 RPM @1:37 and then drops down to around 850 RPM before it starts to take off. This isnt the worst case, Ive had it happen where there was a 3 second delay from a stop and Ill eventually get that on video as well as it sticking in 1st gear and the clutch slipping while going into overhot mode.

If this happens at an inopportune time, I could get t-boned and in at least one case so far it almost caused an accident at a 4-way stop. I came to a full stop. Another car across from me stopped at the intersection immediately after me. I gave my GTR throttle and it did not move. After about three seconds my car took off and the other car got impatient and started her left turn in front of me. I was at full throttle trying to get the car to go and had to brake to avoid hitting her.

My wife drove it one time since the transmission has been replaced and it locked in 1st gear and wouldnt accelerate after coming to a stop so she will no longer drive it and she wont allow my kids to drive with me in the GTR anymore. The primary reason I chose the GTR was that it had 4 seats so I could take my family but she doesnt feel its safe.

Yes, Im getting over a cold so I apologize for the hacking and coughing.
